| I have 2 jumbo loans I am working on and cannot find decent pricing at all. Who has the best pricing right now on jumbo loans? |

Actually, the flyer I have effective 07-31-08 is for Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island and South Carolina. Best rates I have seen in while. No MI

| If you have full doc, sfr, with 20% down then ING is by far the best rates in the business. They only do a 5 or 7 year arm but you can make 1 YSP and the rates are in the low 6's |
