DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A HAR MONEY LENDER THAT WILL LEND ON RAW LAND? IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I HAVE A CLIENT WHOM HAS A PIECE OF RAW LAND THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO CASH OUT O...IT IS FREE AN CLEAR FROM ANY MORTGAGES.

Loan Lord,
While it is possible to fund raw land, it is really going to depend on the asset, and the exit strategy. Raw land with residential entitlements is very difficult right now but raw land for future commercial developments are possible.
If you like we can look at the asset for you.

That's a name I haven't heard in a while. Good Call.
Also, www.meecorp.com They're the only lender I've closed a land deal with. Avocado Farm and a Truck Stop in Calexico.
