I know you are asking for recommendations, but The Money Store is one of the top lenders in the country for manual underwrites. Common sense underwriting dti's up to 60%, down to 580 score, or 550 score with DU approval. 24 to 48 hour turn times.

HSBC isn't doing manuals anymore, and they have a 580 credit score minimum in addition to an AUS response. TB&W is, but they look for ways to decline the loan, and they have long turn times. |
