Good Credit Borrower
Have financial info on borrower.
1. Need reliable hard money lender for this land refi.
2. need a hard money lender in FLorida that can do 50-60% LTV refinance's on 1-4 units
3. need to find a hard money lender in Florida that can do hard money purchase loans. 10% investment from buyer but possibly lending based on value instead of purchase price. Does this still exist?
