· I sent this file to Melissa & she helped me with my getting a credit report etc as I was having trouble. I sent this file to her to send to Flagstar. Flagstar denied file due to mfg home in flood zone. Without my knowing Melissa had found a lender that would do the deal, sent it in, got it approved and then let me know what happened. Without her efforts this loan would have just died. She then had me send her the conditions, sent them in, fought hard with the underwriters to accept numerous ite ms. We are down to final conditions being reviewed by the lender. We then only will need a survey and engineering report to close the deal. We should have answer from lender today. Without her effort there was no loan!!
