Good afternoon,
I am a broker looking for either a correspondent lender or a broker who can help me service my case load.
I have 148 Files in the Florida Area. Both SFR and Condos but wanting to stay closer to the SFR's ;-)
I need these requirements in order to send the deals.
75% LTV (Must)
7-8% Rate
Stated/Stated
Borrowers do have Experian Credit Reports.
Property prices 250-500K
Any lenders or correspondent lenders that think they can handle this case load let me know the clients are ready to move and can start putting properties under contract as soon as next week.

After we close the first 148 files I can bring another 100 at 70% LTV...;-) |
