| Anyone out there know of any banks doing loans for Foreign Nationals? My client has 30-40% down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I can do this if the borrower is putting down 40% at 11.50% on a 40 due in 20 with 3 mth pp with a cost of 4 points and $795 underwriting fee. Close within 5-7 business days.

Neither is owning US property then.
If the loan amount after a significant down payment is $1.5M or greater, we have a loan for them. However, there will be points involved. Rate = 6.5% on a 5/1 ARM. This is with our in-house fund.

I am a former "Captive" wholesale AE for a national lender that has gone on to start my own Independent Wholesale Rep firm. 1-4 Fam. Non Owner & Second Homes
Mid to Hi Rise Condos or Co-Op’s
NO Occupancy Ratios! Non Warrantable no problem!
I also am featuring a smart alternative to reverse mortgages from another international bank that provides Seniors with debt free cash, no closing costs and more, pays 1% of the VALUE of the property with a 1 page application!

| South Trust Funding just started doing Foreign Nationals w/ 40% down on 8/15. Don't know if they lend in CA, but I was told they do. |
