Taking requests for the next teleseminars

So what does everyone want to learn on our next set of training teleseminars? Next week im gonna start a 6 weeks series about how to build a realtor base and stuff you can do to not tick them off. After that its kinda open.

Like a radio station ... im taking requests :)

Umm how about a teleseminar on how to work with other professionals in the community like lawyers, financial planners etc.

Or maybe putting together your own newsletter..

Just brainstormin'

How about "how to telemarket to realtors" for business (what to say, etc)?
That's IF you believe in that approach!

i do it myself, most of my work with realtors is over the phone before i meet with them. 95% is phone.

im sure it is, i stay away from loan mods at this time. i only teach what i do myself :)

I am from the old school when it comes to Realtors. Such a time stealer with results not what I would like. That would be a great topic, telemarketing Realtors and how to do it.
