I may know the answer to this question, but anyone out there know of a no doc program for 80 ltv or any type of alt-a loan for a 650 fico?
Having problems getting a loan done.

Welcome to the BO! Check your calender, if it still says 2006, or 2007, it's time to update to a new year, 2008.

In the new credit economy, No Doc = No Dice!

Welcome to the BO! Check your calender, if it still says 2006, or 2007, it's time to update to a new year, 2008.

In the new credit economy, No Doc = No Dice!



not entirely true...I think Emigrant is still doing them, but at a 650 FICO I'd be hard pressed to believe they'll to go 80

The max ltv that Emigrant does at all is 75%.
