| I do them retail down to 500. If you do a search, I think this was asked a few days ago (or every few days for that matter) and I think there were some lenders mentioned. |

| www.more2lend.com supposedly have a no minimum fico FHA program. It is private money/FHA combo. Have not used them but I get emails from them constantly. They are all obviously full doc, but are flexible on front end/back end ratios. |
