| Let me start by saying I need busines now! I do not know sny better ways than telemarketing to get deals asap. My question is this. What is the best list/data to call on these days in FL. I have been told to call ARM data by many but I am not interested in doing loan mods and I think that will be the only leads I come across calling on ARM's in FL. Can anyone give me some input on a good list to call on in FL. |

| Well I will not have other states until another 45 days. I will be joining a net branch with nationwide abilities. What states do you recommend? What list or data would recommend in those states? |

| They should be able to bring you on as an LO in the mean time. You would have the same lending territory that you would as a branch. They might have to place you under an existing branch and you might get a lower split, but that's your best option. Get out of Florida. The only good business in Florida right now is MOD and FTHB. |

| Sorry could not be of more assistance. Another target is people who have their homes free and clear with 50%-80% of the homes value in revolving or installment debt. But this data is not cheap. If premium data is an option PM me and I can give you some interesting targets. |
