724, Purchase Full Doc, CA

We have borrower in CA who is looking to purchase. 724 mid score, SFR, OO, full doc, 85% LTV, 590K loan amount. The only glitch is that everyone is requiring a 7+ years out of BK 7 otherwise they wont touch it. They are great borrowers with lots of assets except its only been 6.4 years and they found their dream house and want to buy now.

Any ideas?

Not sure what your county FHA loan limit is; but if it fits FHA all the way
