| I have 714 middle score on a low rise refi, c/o, condo, florida at 75% or 80% ltv if possible. customer is s/e, SIVA...anyone? |

What is the Loan Amount? Appraised Value? Loan Term?

| the appraised value is 250k and the loan amount at 80ltv is 200k or 187500 at 75ltv |

| with 714 fico we may be limited to 70%, but if we can get the fico to 720 we can go 80% all day long. |
