Need to find a home for a 2.5M loan with a 2.5M rehab with a ARV of 8M on a 242 unit apartment (positive cash flow) in Texas. Can use equity in crrent apartments for down. Anyone??

| need more info....what is current vested monies??? what is the resume like for principal and builder???what is their fico score and document status?? do you have appraisals??? if yes, how old??? |
