Borrower with 634 middle—675 high(Equifax) is getting divorced and looking at purchasing a triplex that he has a contract in place for—purchase price is $905l—will at least put down 20%---please let me know if at all if you can help me on this purchase------credit is good---will be used as primary as he will be living in one of the units and other units are rented out already
Primary-triplex—can verify plenty of asetts—SIVA needed
