Aside from the blatant spam I'm wondering how they
pay 100% (less $295 per file) while doing government
loans.
Who's paying the employer's payroll taxes? The file fee
won't be enough to cover them and make a profit for the company.

My guess is he meant 100%-employers matching tax-$295.
I agree, it does not seem like enouge to keep a float even if they are passing along the matching portion to the LO's.
It's the old saying, I may be losing money on each deal, but I'm making it up with volume... |

| I've said it but I'll say it again. Everyone that come on here and talks about net branch either is a moron or thinks most of us are morons. You can't pay 100% and charge a $295 fee and keep your doors open. There are more scammers in the net branch area than any other area of the mortgage business. 100% of what!!!!!! |
