Thought I would encourage those of you who thought that we 'experienced' loan officers were being replaced by an electronic world. The last three loans I closed all required a high level of expertise to structure, process and get approved and funded. My clients experienced no long delays and my wholesale lenders were happy with the business.
All in all, it has been a very validating couple of weeks. Advice to the newbies... if there are any of you left... document everything. |
