Looking for Second Mtg to 95%

I have a client purchasing a home for 580,000 wanting to do a $417,000 First with a $134,000 Second to 95%, because they don't want to pay MI, 21/35 Ratios and Full Doc, strong file.

AmTrust has a 95% Second but they want a 740 Fico Score....any other ideas????

Retail only..try a local bank
