Hi guys,
Had a quick brain fart and can't seem to remember - I understand that if I'm using Nehemiah then buyer cannot go over listing price, but if they take no money from seller and pay their own down payment and closing costs entirely, then they can offer above listing price.
Correct me if I'm wrong. |

Won't make a difference if it doesn't close before 10/1/08!

| Inaccurate. As long as the appraisal supports value, you can exceed listing price on FHA loans. |

| As long as sales price is supported by appraisal you can go over list price. I have done it before. Lender may question why, but it can be done. |
