Hello guys,

I'm curious to know some feed back. I sell properties etc... When I call loan officers Account reps etc.. and ask them to let me know if my buyers could qualify etc.. If I where to call someone in the morning today? In your opinion when do you think they should call me back ?

I'm not sure I'm too desperate to know and feel they should call me within the next 3 hours but want to know if im acting to over desperate? I feel they should call me with a message or email or let me know they got my scenario and will call me back ..Anyone else in the same boat ... Thank you Guys !

Jose,

I just emailed you..I know you called me this AM, I usually call/email back within minutes. However I was sick last night (food poisoning I think) and not going to be in the office until late this afternoon. I will call you then! Sorry for the delay..

How soon would you like to be called back?

Each Realtor is different. Some require an call back in 15 min, others an hour, still others 2 is fine.

Knowing your Realtor is key to working in the purchase market.

Jose,
It is frustrating. I hear you. I am an email person. I would rather work with someone who has ablackberry or some type of smart phone so they can at least acknowledge my call or email.
Just make it known that if you do not get a quick response (ie 2 hours max) that you are moving on.

Give Kyle until this afternoon. Although I have never worked with him, if you look at his posts, you can see that he is usually fair and responsive.

I've got several different methods of contact on each email I send out. An office phone, an email address, a home based email address, a cell phone, text message and an email alert page.

I figure if people are calling me to give me money, that's a call I want to take!
