| owns prop free and clear wants $600k either heloc construction or low payment loan. Full doc 700 score 40LTV in CA. Has been tough to find a decent lender that's doing anything Jumbo most are conf 1st and heloc 2nd...any suggestions? |

| If you can't find conventional financing, we have several private investors who will do a short-term construction loan, then you can refi him into a conventional take-out loan. |
