I have a small marketting allowence ($250/mo) to use however I wish; taking clients out to lunch, dinner, ect but I think that my dollars would probably be better spent buying leads, ideally ones local to me (Colorado Springs, CO).

I need to get some today or tomorrow to use what's left of this month's marketting allowence or I'll use it and I'll use August's as well.

Advise would be greatly welcomed!

dont waste your time....recast leads at 10 cents a pop will get you 2500...more than enough to keep you busy closing

i used ezleads a few years ago. None of tehm ever qualified for a mortgage, expected 1.5% orwere working with 10 other companies. If you try them make sure you can do fha, so you can get some fall out from teh other 9 companies. I knew someone who loved leadbull, but i have never tried them. 1 thing with leadbull is whatever tehy offer you, you can get them to give it to you cheeper.

With your budget you are best served by purchasing some ARM data and doing cold calling.

I purchased 100 leads from Eleadz for my office and did not close one. Buying data is the way to go with that budget.

It may be a little pricey, but what about best rate referrals .com. I heard those are pretty good. Let me know.
