| 203k is an FHA loan, thus it is only for owner occupied properties. |

| I know that 203k are for owner occupied. I ALSO need rehab loans as well. Do you know anyone? |

| First Mariner had both a 203k and portfolio rehab program. This was as of two months ago, however. |
