I got a client who needs to take cash out of his home for his son's college education.
CALIFORNIA
Cash-Out Refinance
80% LTV with 130,000 cash out included
$1,160,000 loan amount
Full documentation
790 credit scores
Low DTI
Declining market area
Solid employment
Great reserves
Would any lenders be able to do this loan on wholesale side? I'd appreciate your help! Thank you. |
