| I am pretty sure I can not do the deal but wanted to see what everyone else thought. I have someone with a base income and the rest she claims in tips but the income does not show on her taxes... Classic... Does anyone have any way of using tip or unstable income on a loan if the taxes don't show it, (i.e. VOE)... I know this is like stated but I just want to explore all the options... |

| protofund may be able to do it with their VOE program, but she will have to be w2 for 2 years and her boss will have to fill out the VOE form for her. Call Robert Jackson at 818-610-5000 ext 106 and tell him Doug Ramsey referred you. |
