Property Type: SFR with MIL unit Occupancy Owner Occupied Purpose Rate & Term Refi FICO 720 DTI 45 Doc Type SIVA Product Type 30-Yr Fixed Lien Position First Appraised Value: $360,000 Loan Amt 1st: $300,000 Loan Amt 2nd: LTV: 85% CLTV: 85% This is a SFR with a MIL unit on the property...it is not zoned as 2 units. They need stated income and have good credit scores. Need rate and term refi. have good employment history. Have higher LTV at 85%....need to get out of a 2/28 that is coming up. Husband works for mill but wife is self-employed hairdresser and needs stated income. let me know if you have any ideas who may be able to do something like this |
