| We purchased a mortgage lead program from them for $1200 plus $1000 in escrow. The leads were supposed to be exclusive. They were 4 weeks old and have been contacted 3 times by other brokers. We tried to resolve the issue with them and retain exclusive leads. This never happened and now they want another $1000 to turn our account back on. They will not return the $1000 in escrow which is insurance fraud. This company is a scam to get individual's funds and then don't produce quality leads. |

| Sounds about right. To much conflict of interest when it comes to PPF. |
