I am looking for a purchase/rehab loan in Florida. 800 Credit Scores, borrower willing to put down 10-15% 300K Purchase price plus $40K in renovations. Full doc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated...

| We have that. Actually, they can put as little as 5% down. It's the Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation loan. |
