LO's, here is something you can participate in as well as offer to your business partner, realtors, other mortgage brokers, etc, and watch it take off. How often do you get a loan application for a borrower you just cannot get qualified? I know I don't enjoy calling back a realtor that referred me someone only to tell them there is nothing I can do. Todays market has definitely cut us off from getting a large number of borrowers we use to get qualified for mortgages nothing, and with good reason. But not all sources have dried up. There are buyers of mortgage notes still out there willing to buy mortgage loans with credit scores down to 500. What if you could take those borrowers that you could not get financing for, be it FHA, VA, Conv, etc and refer them to private money that could get them financing, work with the seller/realtor/investor of the home they want to purchase, then sell it to your borrower at agreed upon terms and pay you 1% of the loan amount? What if you put someone under you and got 1/2% of the loan amount everytime they closed a deal? THIS IS NOT MLM. It is only a 2 tiered system that helps get borrowers into the home they want and pays you.
Take a look at the site. There is a video you can watch that reviews the program. Also, Tuesday and Wednesday at 1pm EDT there is a live video conference taking about this opportunity. It just rolled out 5 weeks ago and is already exploding with interest. I have only signed up for the free sight as I have questions to ask in todays conference but I will almost definitely jump on this train. I hope you will look at this and give it some thought.
