| I have some purchase in Las Vegas all conforming loan amounts that are 2nd homes, some are 80% and 85%. I have nothing less than a 680 fico score for all. I need VOE only programs. Please help :( |

| What lenders did you talk to? There are plenty of lenders still lending out here, even on second homes. I know for a fact that Wells Fargo will do a full doc second home to 90% LTV. |
