I have an investor that wants to buy more property. Owns 7-8 now. Stated/Verified, 700-710 scores and more then 12 month reserves in the bank. Can put down 30-35%. Only really looking at SFR not condos.
Properties in Florida. No rehabs all these are bought from banks and short sales and in good to average condition. If you know any lenders let me know. I have private lenders need better rates then that. |

| Try WF commercial. They do SISA down to 700 score for investments properties. Only requirement I've come across is proof of being an investor for more than 1 year. Low cost loans. They pay 1% as a referral fee. 5 week closings. |
