Scenario - Borrower owns 2 waterfront lots in Georgia. Developer wants Borrower to build homes on each lot. The developer will then lease-back the lots for 3 years. Borrower is professional real estate investor.
Any thoughts?

| it is interesting.I would have thought that all the big money guys would have responded by now.Hopefully they aren't out of money.IMC(independant mortgage co.)might be able to help,i'm not sure what styates they do.my rep is Drew Burton...PH:610-567-3100 x 223. |
