My name is Tika Schorrand am owner of Rubynick Enterprises. I am a contract processor and I am looking to add new business to my processing. I have been a contract processor for 3 years, as well as a loan officer for 2 of those years and a compliance manager for 1 year. I love processing and am looking to pick up several more files per month. I have another processor that works with me and has been processing for 3 years. She is fluent in 5 languages (Spanish, English, Italian, German and French) and is willing to help with any language barriers! I give immediate responses to calls or emails and consistenly update the loan officers. My fees are as follows: Conventional/subprime $395, Rural Development $495, Piggyback 2nds $125, Stand alone 2nds $225, VA/FHA $495, FHA/VA streamline $350, Construction $595, resubmissions $100, no charge for loans that do not close.
