| I have a client buying a home in Virginia. Probably an FHA loan. I'm not licensed there. Anyone able to help? |

| I'll be happy to help them in Virginia but cannot pay you anything other than gratitude... co-brokering a Virginia loan is very illegal, and co-brokering an FHA is very illegal. |

| I have a retail office that could do the loan for you as a referral. But, just like Shane said, Virginia is very strict with co-brokering. Call me if you would like to talk about it. |
