| Hello. I am a fellow mortgage broker that owns 2 96 line dialers. These machines crank! Due to lack of employees, I am only running these on the weekends and they are sitting dormant during the weekdays. I am looking for owners or loan officers that would like to utilize my dialers to help me cut my costs of operation. I would be willing to offer this to you at my cost. I can provide lists for you to use and we can set it up in a manner in which you do not have to be around to take calls. I currently produce around 100 leads per week just running on the weekends. The beauty about these leads is that they are exclusive and have a much higher closing ratio than anything else on the market. By being the first point of contact with each person you are able to instill value to the sale and create trust. I have a retail mortgage operation and this is very serious. This is not some bs sales ploy but a genuine opportunity to produce your own leads without relying on managing telemarketers. |

| I gave it a try! So far it appears that it does work. I got 29 names and numbers to call as a result of one evening of calls. |
