I am a LO for a company in Phoenix, AZ that Brokered Mortages, Commercial Lending, Small Business Lending, and Merchant Accounts.
Unfortunately my Broker had to go out of state for a few months due to a family emergency.
This has left me in a bind and I am now looking for someone who would be interested in working on this deal with me.
My client wants to purchase a 650k Dry Cleaner with 300k in assets. NO Real Estate is involved. The Client has a credit score over 750.
Can anyone out there assist?
