purchase, 52% LTV, $417K loan amount, 790 fico,49.9 DTI, huge reserves, PR in San Francisco.
I need 30 years fixed, full amortization.
Who can do better than Provident? |

Sierra today is #2 on my list followed by
Credit Suisse (Lime today)
Chase (tier 3 pricing is also up there)
Amtrust

| better question you should ask yourself is who is going to close this loan in a timely manner. This is not like years back, just get it closed besides the rates are only going to be around .125 - .25 difference. Good Luck. |
