| Why would you want to take the risk of buyback from having 4506 executed by the investor after closing? If you are worried that 4506 will not support income on the 1003, execute it yourself, and have the borrower provide documentation to explain the discrepancy between 4506 income and 1003 income - you should include this documentation with your file when sending to underwriting, to protect yourself from maybe being accused by the lender of participating in fraud (which would affect you much more than losing this loan). |
