Owner occupied town home
Looking to refi ASAP....Husband and wife combo...however, cannot qualify hubby b/c of 499 fico and he makes 80K a yrs....DTI is only based on the wife's income. Borrower wants to consolidate all debts and needs the higher LTV. |
