| Other than country wide who also has a similiar program like their fast and easy product. I know wells fargo retail has a similiar product-which doesn't help me Im trying to see who else does? thanks |

Wells has it, AmTrust has findings thru their Gemstone system which allows for income/asset doc waiver as well as a PIW....no set guidelines though, just has to be a strong file, normally low LTV. |

| there is no loan that's fast and easy anymore. but u would typically have to run it through to see what the findings are first at any of these lenders. |

| Have you run the file DU or LP you may get an income and asset verification waiver. Run it as full doc if you have a high Mid Fico and some assetts and good LTV then you have a chance. |
