I have a client who has no score and 2 alt credit. She works and makes decent money. I am trying (FTHB) to get her a loan in MN as it was FHA but they denied it due to not enough Alt trades. She loves this house!!! The seller will carry 25% if a lender will let him. SFR OO 39DTI Full Doc.
