Tradeline Wholesaler, anyone ever hear of these guys in connection with small business owners or know of those they might be referring applicants to for 'deeply discounted' tradeline purchase/rental? http://www.tradelinewholesaler.com is their site and I found them through a random search online. I would be interested in your input on this since it looks like an opportunity to develop and improve credit for increasingly challenged business owners who are also property owners more often than not, although as anyone knows credit improvement involves time..
I wonder how long before this area of credit falls more closely under regulators? Here's a link from their site that explains 'The Ground Rules' of working with them or more likely, the risks that one must anticipate in using their services which raised a bit of a 'red flag' in my thinking and I'd be interested in your comments on this too since it looks like they welcome 'resellers' sort of like being a broker, but I think this gray area of credit might fall under banking or securities law? http://www.tradelinewholesaler.com/ground_rules |

| Thanks for the clarification. Because their site looked so good at first I wasn't sure if what they were up to is too good to be true but now I know it's illegal. |

Hi Carney, So, which is it? Legal or illegal only in SOME states but not in others such as California? |

| The problem is with these types of programs is the banks are now wanting to see 3 years business tax returns and proof of the ownership for a period of three years. |

Right, the banks are requiring the 3 yrs. of business tax returns. I'm unfamiliar though with the portfolio side of business lending so I would imagine there are some private sources that may consider less than the standard docs. |
