A-MORTGAGE BROKER: WE NEED A COPY OF YOUR BROKERS LICENSE
ALL CONVENTIONAL LOANS IS PAID 1099 PER.HUD AND ALL FHA LOANS
IS PAID W2 PER HUD RULES. BROKERS CAN ALSO WORK OUT OF THEIR HOMES
PER HUD.THIS IS ONLY IF YOU WORK EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH NATIONS FUNDING SOURCE DOING ALL LOANS THROUGH NATIONS.

IF YOU STILL WANT TO DO BUSINESS IN YOUR STATE WITH YOUR LENDERS WE CAN SIGN IN A LOAN OFFICER OR FAMILY MEMBER TO DO FHA LOANS AS AN EMPLOYEE OF NATIONS FUNDING SOURCE AND W2 THEM WITH THE FOLLOWING PAY STRUCTURE.
PAY STRUCTURE:
1- The fee is 500.00 plus a 100.00 compliance fee
for loans up to $250,000.
2-10% or $600.00(whichever is greater) of the
commission for loans above$250,000.
3-199.00 (one time fee for Joining Nations Funding
Source).
4-Brokers get the latest Version of Calyx with a yearly License that's ANDC ID NUMBER but also get a server ready Online LOAN APPLICATION with ALL DISCLOSURES built in for every state at a Yearly Cost OF $349.00.
5- WHEN CLOSING LOANS IN STATES THAT REQUIRES A LOAN ORIGINATOR LICENSE WE WILL SPONSOR THE BROKER TO GET THAT LICENSE OR USE OUR LO LICENSE FOR
A ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR FLAT FEE.
6-YOU WILL GET A CREDIT CARD GENERATED FICA ACCOUNT
FROM SETTLEMENTONE.COM FOR A ONE TIMJE SETUP FEE OF FIFTEEN DOLLARS
6A- WE USE DATAVERIFY SOFTWARE
THE SAME SOFTWARE THE BANKS USE(with 4506 included)
BEFORE THE LOAN GOES TO THE UNDERWRITERS TO STOP ANY FRAUD.
We pay loans on the 15th and the 30th of each month
As long as the loan is in our office with the check and closed
And in the correct stacking order and complete (compliant) by
The 10th or the 25th of the month and it will be paid out on the
15th for the loan in our office by the 10th and the 30th for the
Loan in our office by the 25th of the month. AFTER CLOSINGTHE
LOANS GO TO A SCANNING COMPANY AND BECOME PAPERLESS AND IF YOU
