Need $10 million construction loan to build 54 condominium units, 38 pre-sales with $70,000 per unit in non-refundable deposits. All permits in hand, site work complete, sticks in the air. 67% LTC, 55% LTV. Direct Lenders only, NCDA required, NO up-front fees except travel.

Why don't you take this deal with 38 pre sales to your local, or the principles local bank?
This should be really simple!
