The elderly client is 72. COUNTRYWIDE will only give me a REVERSE MORTGAGE AT 43% LTV, EN

OUGH TO COVER THE MORTGAGE - NOT ENOUGH FOR CASH OUT. LOCATED IN COASTAL MISSISSIPPI.

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY SUGGESTIONS.

If your home value is more than the lending limit of $200,160 for the entire state, you'll be able to get around $130,000. If your value is less, email me and I'll send you the quote right back.
