FULL Doc, single wide, 631 middle fico, refi c/o, 45% ltv, Washington, loan amount 100k. Appraised 210k. Where can I take this please help me.

There is a company called Vanderbilt Mortgage...I think in Tennesse. I know they do single wides, I don't know if they lend in WA. Google them...they will accept broker business. Good Luck
