| Have a Couple Small Balance (100k-200k) commercial deals, A-paper, that need lenders. Interbay and Silver Hill have frozen funding. |

My bible may be a little different than yours though, but that's how mine reads. but no seriously Mr. Smithers, why does it seem that the 3 out of 3 responses I've ever received from you on this forum have left me hearing crickets and the murmurs of "what a BDIU" from the back of the house? Did I do something to offend you?

We like small loans so call me since we're still going strong.
Apex Mortgage is a commercial mortgage portfolio lender owned by First Trust Bank, FDIC. We are a small balance lender doing loans from $25,000 to $750,000 in 43 states. Our terms run to a max of 25 years, fixed or ARM with no balloons or lock-outs. We offer brokers the ability to earn 2 points in YSP.
While we are not a hard money lender, most of our deals are in the 575 to 660 credit score range.
We underwrite, process, close and service all of our loans. We never send files out to another company for any reason.

| We are picking up where Silverhill-billies and Inter bay have left off. As you know Bayview is the perent company any ways. We offer small balance commercial from $75,000 to 5 MIllion. |
