| I have a bunch of these coming soon. Let's assume the borrowers all have good credit, full doc, with reserves. Some are going to be owner occ, and some will be second homes. They will all be duplexes. I am looking for as high an LTV as I can find. |

| For us, a 2-unit has to be owner occupied. However, you can get up to 90% on a OTC. |
