Sorry--I know this comes up frequently, but I can't find the threads that pertain to exactly what I'm looking for. I've got: FTHB, s/e, 757 mid-score, 75% LTV, 37% DTI, primary residence purch in FL. I'm looking for SISA or SISA. Citi has a 12 month mortgage history requirement which my guy doesn't have--just rent. Ant suggestions? Thanks.

Can you get a documentable 24-month rental history?

Kesha--

Thanks for your input. There is no more Indymac. Citi requires 12 months mortgage history which my guy doesn't have--just rental. I did check with Freedom--may be an option along with Flagstar.
