Got a MHP in Barstow Ca. Borrower wants cashout to pay tax liens 55 pads none are park owned LA needed is 800k Appraisal for 1.3M LTV-62% NOI for last year is 46k DSR is 1.69 490 credit Client wants to pay off balloon coming due as well as tax liens and then will sell the park in less then 2 years.
